How to use
 
Rinse your mouth, place wafer under the tongue and allow it to dissolve. Avoid swallowing for as long as possible at least until the wafer is fully dissolved. Do not consume food or drink within 5-10 minutes of taking the wafer. Take 1-2 wafers daily or as recommended by your physician.
On first use of SL-NAD+, we suggest a loading period of 2 wafers per day for the first 3-4 days followed by 1 wafer per day.

Always keep refrigerated. Protect from light & moisture. Keep out of reach of children.
